What an exciting night in London for our little sablés!
During the awards ceremony for the 2019 Great Taste Awards, already extremely proud to have received a 3* award for our Fennel & Chilli Sablés, we were further delighted to learn they were also the winner of the Golden Fork Award for The Best Scottish Food & Drink Product; the highest accolade that can be given by the Guild of Fine Food!
“Pairing perfectly with gin, beer or cider, Pea Green Boat Cheese Sablés – Fennel and Chilli impressed at every stage of the blind-tasted judging process.”
So, from a record-breaking 12,772 entries, of which 208 received 3 stars, there is only one product that can be selected as the winner of the Golden Fork award for the best Scottish product. It is hugely exciting to receive such a coveted prize, and to receive such wonderful comments from the judges about our Fennel & Chilli Sablés.
