Our cheese sablés are the perfect accompaniment to a drink in the evening. There is nothing we enjoy more than pairing our quintessentially cheesy nibbles with our favourite tipples. And based on our reception at the fair, it seems we’re not the only ones!
We were delighted to be in the Drinks Britannia area of the event, which saw us surrounded by wonderful new British gins and vodkas, as well as British wine brands such as Nyetimber and Gifford Hall. We met some wonderful people and being in such good company we left with even more inspiration than we arrived with.
It will certainly take a while to try all our new pairing ideas, but persevere we must, we suppose!
