We love the contrast in flavours created by topping our Fennel & Chilli Cheese Sablés with delicious homemade guacamole. Ready in under 15 mins and perfect with a G&T or gin cocktail, they’re deliciously easy to whip up just in time for Gin o’clock.

Here is one of our favourite recipes for that delectable Mexican avocado dip, and Lind & Lime Gin as a fantastic pairing option for your next nibbles & tipples gathering.
