2024 Great Taste Award Cheese Sablés – All 4 Flavours Win!
We’re thrilled to announce that all four of our 2024 Great Taste Award Cheese Sablés have won accolades this year. With 13,672 entries and only 266 products earning the top honour of three stars, the competition was fierce. Yet, our humble Cheese Sablés impressed the judges once again.
Leading the charge was our Cumin Cheese Sablés, which received a coveted 3-Star Great Taste Award. Judges praised their “gorgeous, rich, cheesy aroma”, “umami-rich cheese flavour”, and the cumin’s “interesting bursts of texture and earthy, spicy flavour”.
Our Fennel and Chilli Cheese Sablés – a previous winner of both the 3-Star Great Taste Award and the Golden Fork Award – received 2 Stars this year. Judges highlighted their “deeply savoury… gently warming and… teasing aromatic background” as a standout feature.
The Nigella Seed and Chive Cheese Sablés were described as “deeply savoury, cheese-laden with a tang of nigella seeds”, earning a 1-Star Award. Meanwhile, our Original Cheese Sablés proudly secured 2 Stars, proving that sometimes simple really is best.
